For the past 26 years a group of very special people have put in endless hours of volunteer work to make Hot Rods at the Beach the successful car show that it has become.

First, we thank the people who volunteer year-round, attending organizational meetings, considering new ideas and making plans so the show will run even smoother than the year before. These people are:

Lisa & Humphrey Pisanis, Bettie Burton, Bob Rittenhouse, and Margaret Trowbridge

A huge thank you to John Dufour from Classified DJ Service who works long hours throughout our event to bring us awesome music and all of our sound needs. John is a true professional and we love working with him.

We would also like to thank Gary McCourt and Mike Forbush for designing our Event Poster and T-shirts. Gary’s Ideas come to life with Mike’s Graphic Arts Skills.

On the day of our event, we have around 50 day-of-event volunteers who show up the day before setting up and early morning on the day of the show to help with Parking Control, Registration, Run the Raffle Booth, and many other things. We also have a crew that comes in to break down the show at the end of a very long day. They all attend organizational meetings throughout the year.

This is a great group of people, and we have a great time working together.
